Sealed bids for 2024 Traffic Signal Poles and Mast Arms will be received within Ada County Highway District (ACHD) The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide ACHD is seeking acceptable poles and component parts furnished will be in accordance with the terms and requirements as set forth in the specifications. All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation To Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Question Response Deadline: December 21, 2023, 4:30pm Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the cost proposal submitted. The successful Bidder will be required to provide 100% Supply Bond. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid.
