2024 Traffic Cabinets TO24-08 The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide NEMA Type 5s and 6s Traffic Signal Cabinets All questions or clarifications concerning this Request for Proposal (RFP) or the content and requirements of the RFP Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Respondents shall submit all inquiries regarding this Proposal via the ACHD eProcurement Portal. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the eProcurement Portal. It is the responsibility of the respondent to check the website for answers to inquiries and addenda. ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024. ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of submission.
