Schedule: Exterior gym soffit abatement by Owner (Spring Break) 24-28 March 2025 Solar panels removed by Others (Spring Break) Main entrance and Vestibule closed: 28 March 2025 Construction site fencing: 28 March 2025 Construction Start: 28 March 2025 Last day of school, weather dependent: 23 May 2025 Substantial Completion of Entry Vestibules 135/135A for school use: August 2025 Substantial Completion of new construction and renovations Including stage system testing and training: 27 March 2026 Final Completion of Punchlist, HVAC commissioning: 10 April 2026 Closeout and landscaping complete: 30 May 2026 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities and irregularities.
