A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Jacksonville Transportation Authority the (authority or jta) in Accordance With Florida Statutes, Chapter 287, Section 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (Ccna), the Authority is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Consulting Firms, Hereinafter Referred to as the (consultant) for Request for Qualifications to Provide All Applicable Design Services Necessary to Improve the Multi-modal Mobility of the Roadway, Calming Traffic, and to Provide a Safer More Comfortable Complete Streets Corridor. Questions Due Date: Dec 19th 2023, 12:00 PM EST Response to Questions via Addendum Thursday, December 28, 2023, by 5:00PM (EST) available November 30, 2023 The Contract term shall commence upon the Authority s issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall be Substantially completed within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) days. The DBE participation goal for the Contract is 30% race conscious The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The JTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Qualification Proposal responses
