Construction of the Following Project: Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 160 Brick Church Road Over Pronghorn Run, Wayne County Bridge No. 160 is Located on Brick Church Road, 0.16 Miles North of Jerry Myers Road Located in Section 34, Township 17 North, Range 12 East, Jefferson Township, Wayne County, Indiana. The Work to Be Performed and the Bids to Be Submitted Shall Include All General Construction, Labor, Material, Tools, Equipment, Taxes, Permits, Licenses, Insurance, Service Costs, Etc. Incidental to and Required for This Project. All Materials Furnished and Labor Performed Incidental to and Required by the Proper and Satisfactory Execution of the Contracts to Be Made, Shall Be Furnished and Performed in Accordance With Requirements From the Drawings and Specifications Included in These Documents. Bids Shall Be Properly Completed and Submitted on Indiana State Board of Accounts Form #96, Along With a Properly Signed Affidavit of Non-collusion. A 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check Shall Be Required With the Bid, Made Payable to the Wayne County Board of Commissioners and Will Be Held as Evidence That the Bidder Will, if Awarded the Contract, Enter Into the Same With the Owner Upon Notification to the Bidder to Do So. The Successful Bidder Shall Provide a 100% Performance Bond and a Payment Bond Equal to the Contract Price to Insure the Payment of Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, Contract Laborers and Persons Furnishing Services Will Be Required Upon Award of Contract. Failure to Execute the Contract and to Furnish Performance Bond to the Owner, Will Be Cause for Forfeiture of the Amount of Money Represented by the Bid Bond or Certified Check, as and for Liquidated Damages. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Time for Opening Bids Without the Written Consent of the Owner for a Period of 30 Days. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any or All Informalities, Irregularities, or Omissions in Any or All Bids.
