**As of March 15th, 2024 project was awarded to Dave O'Mara Contractor, Inc.,, awarded amount is $193,492.20 .** The Project includes the following Work: The resurfacing of various streets within the Town of Cambridge City. Substantial Completion Date: September 30, 2024 A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10 percent of Bidder s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, letter of credit on a solvent bank. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as well as Alternates, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
