FNHA is seeking proposals for qualified vendors to submit a proposal for General Contractor Services for the following project: The FNHA is seeking a qualified General Contractor to update this space to accommodate for additional clinical, office, and storage space. The new center will include a new primary care center with integrated clinical and traditional healing practices. The center renovation will include the entire leased space. This work consists of, but is not limited to: Selective demolition of interior partition walls, suspended ceilings, flooring, millwork, plumbing, HVAC, lighting and controls; Installation of new interior partitions with associated doors, interior glazed screens and hardware (Feature wood finish at select locations); Installation of new suspended ceilings (gypsum and acoustical ceiling tile grid) (Feature wood ceilings at select locations). Installation of new millwork reception desk, kitchen, miscellaneous cabinetry and feature wall panels. Installation of new engineered patient hoist system and associated supports. Installation of new plumbing and associated trenching, slab remediation as required. Installation of new resilient flooring and associated wall base/cove base as indicated. Installation of new HVAC system: Roof top HVAC units to be installed and new HVAC ducting throughout the entire space Installation of new Lighting, low-voltage cabling, new power layout Installation of new Exterior Building signage Installation of new outside wood finish awnings – front and rear of building – wood finishing, millwork Installation of new Security and Access Control system, see electrical Installation of IT, Audio Visual Documents can be obtained from https://fnha.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/73536
