The Cherokee Nation Information Technology is seeking bids for the installing of cameras and access control for OneFire Building. The desired information follows, including a make/model; the Nation will accept EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN SPEC'S PROVIDED. This scope of work is for installing 7 Axis External cameras and access control on one exterior door (front glass door) on the OneFire building across highway 62 from the Cherokee Nation Main Complex at 17846 S Muskogee Ave, Tahlequah Ok. Question Deadline 12/15/2023 at 5:00 PM CT All questions or requests for interpretation of the bid must be submitted in written format to Cherokee Nation Acquisition Management. Due date for interpretations for this bid shall be December 20, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. Bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to determine if a bid meets stated requirements, and to award a purchase order for the bid that is in the best interest of the Cherokee Nation including but not limited to the total cost and capability of the bidder. Bidders are responsible for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of bids.
