Bid documents info : Deposits will be refunded for each complete set of documents (including addenda) received by the United ISD Purchasing Office in good reusable condition within 10 days after the proposal award date. Shipping and handling of the documents are at the contractor's expense. Start Date: Upon execution of contract, approx. June 3, 2024 Substantial Completion Date: August 31, 2024 Final Completion Date: September 31, 2024; Liquidated Damages: $1500/Calendar Day beyond Contract Time. GENERAL SCOPE - The DISTRICT is seeking sealed proposals from qualified general contractors to provide construction services for the project. Requested services include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform construction of schools and administrative facilities as required by the DISTRICT's Construction Department. The selection of construction services through competitive sealed proposals is an approved method as set forth in the Texas Government Code Chapter 2267. PROJECT DESCRIPTION - This project consists of reconstructing the staff parking lot at Newman Elementary School. Please refer to the general requirements area of the specifications section of this CSP for information on the project.
