Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of the alteration of existing ADA sidewalks and Accessible route to the school s front entrance from ADA designated parking spaces. Work shall begin with the awarding of the notice to proceed. Prior to beginning any work, the contractor shall submit/advise the installation schedule to the UISD Facilities Maintenance and Operations Department and/or the UISD Construction Department to allow coordination with District Personnel. Contractor shall provide equipment submittals detailing all equipment technical data and cut sheets if applicable. The contractor shall be responsible for making arrangements with Districts project manager for access to building and project areas. Question Deadline 12/06/2023 at 3:00 PM CT Construction start date: 6/3/2024 Substantial completion date: 8/9/2024 Final completion: 9/9/2024 Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 / Calendar Day beyond contract time. Payment Bond will be requested from awarded vendor for projects over $25,000.00 and performance bond for projects over $100,000.00 Contractor must submit online and paper submission.
