Questions Deadline: 12/6/2023 02:00 PM (CT) HVAC services which include all equipment and associated devices (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Company should provide preventive maintenance including all personnel, test equipment, tools and services on a regularly scheduled services basis for the Laredo Transit System (El Metro) buildings. The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as the right to determine the bid most advantageous to the City.
