Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) requires structural engineering consulting services to lead an assessment of mezzanine layout options for 7 total locations within buildings D200 and D108, to assess the slab capacity to support the mezzanines and produce concept designs for each of the 7 shops. This is a request for proposal (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services (Structural). The invited firms for the province of Nova Scotia are: Hatch Ltd, Mitchelmore Engineering (JV), Stantec, and GEMTEC. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The estimated contract period will be 38 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/23. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
