Grease Trap Maintenance Services. General San Jacinto Community College District ("SJCCD" or "College") is soliciting quotes from qualified firms to provide grease trap and lift station cleaning services as needed, district-wide. SJCCD reserves the right to select one or more companies based on the best value, as determined by SJCCD, overall response(s) submitted to the College, with consideration given to proposals that best meet the desired scope of work and specifications set forth in this quote request. All work performed must be in compliance with existing federal, state and local codes, statutes and requirements. Scope of Work This scope of work covers the requirements to provide SJCCD grease trap cleaning services. Grease trap and lift station cleaning services shall include, but is not limited to the following Grease trap maintenance shall be performed quarterly at the following campuses. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions and/or Clarifications Deadline Requests for questions and clarifications regarding quote documents shall be submitted through the Questions tab in IonWave by 5:00 p.m. Central Time to be considered. o Central, Bldg. C.14, size is 3,000 Gallons (trap at west side by loading dock). o South, Bldg. S.11, size is 2,500 Gallons (trap at west side by loading dock). o North, Bldg. N.12, size is 5,400 Gallons (trap at southeast side by loading dock). o North, Bldg. N.24, size is approximately 4,000 Gallons (trap at northwest side of building in parking lot connected to baseball field between N.24 and guest dugout).
