In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, the Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) is now soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured independent contractors to provide the noted services outlined in this solicitation for the JHAs Jacksonville Beach property located 507 6th St., #38, 637 7 th Ave. S., #S-14, 109 9th St. S#9, 542 7th Ave S., #13., 540 7th Ave S., #12 Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 bids submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all of the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments in its entirety WRITTEN INQUIRIES SUBMITTAL DEADLINE January 4, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EST The scheduled pre-bid conference identified in Table 2 of this document is, pursuant to HUD regulation, not mandatory but highly suggested. Many prospective bidders have previously responded to an IFB with a multi-tabbed submittal and feel comfortable doing so without attending the preconference. Typically, such conferences last 1 hour or less, though such is not guaranteed. The purpose of this conference is to assist prospective bidders to have a full understanding of the IFB documents so that he/she feels confident in submitting an appropriate bid; therefore, at this conference, the JHA will conduct a brief overview of the IFB documents, including the attachments. Prospective bidders may also ask questions, though the CO may require that some such questions are delivered in writing prior to a response being delivered. Whereas the purpose of this conference is to review the IFB documents, attendees should bring a copy of the IFB documents to this conference; however, the JHA will not distribute at this conference any copies of the IFB documents
