Site work and paving for a road / highway in Duncan, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2024 Pavement Removal And Replacement. The Work Will Be in Various Locations Throughout The City of Duncan and Shall Be in Accordance With City of Duncan Standards and Specifications For Utility Cuts and Pavement Repairs. All Materials Shall Meet The Requirements of the Appropriate Chapter of Section 700, Odot Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2009 Edition. Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Barricades and Will Need to Meet Mutcd Requirements. City of Duncan to Inspect All Work Prior to Paving. Contractor Shall Provide To the City of Duncan Certificates of Insurance Which Shall Contain the Following Minimum Coverage: Public Notices Commercial General Liability Workers' Compensation Automobile Liability (Any Auto) General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Accident $1,000,000 Csl $1,000,000 The City Will Not Be Responsible for Any Damage To Personal Property Cause by the Contractor. The City of Duncan is Soliciting Bids for Prices to Remain Firm Until December 31, 2024. Award Will Be Made to The Lowest Responsible Bidder Who Submits a Responsive Bid That is Most Advantageous to the City Of Duncan, However, the City of Duncan Reserves The Right to Reject Any and All Bids for Any Reason.
