Site work for a mixed-use development in Duncan, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; retail development; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Power wash and paint the exterior ODOT Field District VII Headquarters building, including traffic shop, equipment shop, and warehouse. There are two additional options. Option 1 is for the Exterior Duncan Residency Building and Stephens County Building, and the items covered under Option 2. Option 2 is strictly for painting doors, door frames, window frames, overhead doors and trim for the Duncan Residency and Stephens County Buildings. Award of the Options is contingent upon funding and Contractor pricing. Refer to Exhibit C for details. Location: ODOT Field District VII HQ, 1795 S. US 81 Hwy, Duncan, OK 73533 No Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit has been scheduled for this project. Each response must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Response and all alternates as a guaranty. The renovation period is Ninety (90) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Questions regarding this solicitation are due no later than Thursday, October 26, 2023, by 2:00 P.M.
