**As of October 3, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Estimate: $670,000.00 Rehabilitation of clarifier coatings and miscellaneous steel repair. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before 180 days following the notice to proceed. No proposer may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing date for the receipt of bids Questions concerning this project should be addressed to the Public Works Director at (580) 470-2095. Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price each with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner will be required for the faithful performance of the contractor for projects over fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00), and the bidder shall state in the bid the name and address of the Surety or Sureties who will sign this bond in case the contract is awarded to him. Copies of acceptable bond forms are included in this packet. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid and award a contract to the proposer who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers a bid which appears to be in the best interest of the Owner.
