If there are minor irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding process, the Owner reserves the right to waive provisions of the Specifications relating to said minor irregularities or informalities. This project is subject to both NRS Chapter 338 and Federal Davis-Bacon requirements if the project exceeds $10,000,000, if the project falls under $10,000,000 then NV Prevailing wage applies.
