Lawrence School in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The Project Team includes the Design Firm of Habeeb & Associates, Norwell, MA/Worcester, MA and the Owner's Project Management (OPM) firm of LeftField, LLC, Boston, MA/Worcester, MA, & Providence RI. The Project Scope generally includes the replacement of all windows and all exterior doors specified Habeeb & Associates approved Plans, and all associated work. Examples of the expected trades and associated work to be completed are: Hazardous materials abatement; selective demolition; concrete repair; miscellaneous rough carpentry; sheet metal flashings and trim, joint sealants; hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, glazed aluminum curtain walls, aluminum windows, door hardware, automatic door operators, glazing, fixed louvers; acoustical panel ceilings, resilient tile flooring, painting; signage, toilet accessories; and roller window shades; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The date of Substantial Completion shall be August 26, 2024, with a final completion date of December 29, 2024.
