Renovation of an educational facility in Clarksburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of April 1, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The selected contractor will be responsible for the removal of the old roofing materials, ensuring the roof decking is properly repaired and sealed as necessary, installation of a vapor barrier. The insulation shall be installed with adhesive to the vapor barrier to meet wind uplift protection requirements per the building code. It shall allow the supporting of a solar rail system and installation of R-30 rigid insulation, new 60mm thick black or white (must be specified) PVC roofing materials, drip edges, crickets and flashing. The selected contractor will be responsible for the legal and proper disposal of all construction debris.
