As of June 1, 2023, project was awarded to Garavental Elevators but awarded amount not available. Purchase and installation of Garaventa Lift, Artira model (or equivalent) at Elementary School. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category : electrical connections Install must be started by 6/25/23 and completed by 7/10/23. Questions may be submitted to the same - townadministrator@clarksburgma.gov The lift manufacturer shall submit detail shop drawings to the Owner and/or Engineer indicating existing conditions at the stair, and all required details for complete installation of the lift. The lift shall be supported by a post and rail system, independent of the existing stair railings. If existing railings require modifications, they shall be restored compliant with the building code (by the lift manufacturer/installer).
