Peter Cooke Memorial Town Recreation Field Pavillion re-roof and slab replacement with drainage upgrades. There are two options for Pavillion re-roof: 1) Strip and replace with 30year shingle or 2) Install standing seam roof over current roof. Concrete slab to be removed. Replaced with asphalt paving (specs in bid pkg) and upgrading of drainage around structure. Estimated Cost $60,000
