Reference number : 1789757 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-01-08 The project consists of perfecting the development of premises dedicated to property management teams in the first basement of the EV pavilion located at 1515 Rue Ste Catherine O, in Montreal. The work, which involves the development of 3 workshops in storage spaces, consists mainly of: Construct gypsum blows and a bulkhead Modify the ventilation system to bring fresh air into the workshops Install and connect two sinks provided by the University Add electrical outlets The contractor must meet the following deadlines for this project: Provisional acceptance: Friday, March 8, 2024 Final acceptance: Friday, April 5, 2024 These deadlines are conditional on the issuance of the letter of intent to the Contractor by Friday, January 19, 2024 at the latest. In the event that the letter is issued after this date, the deadlines indicated above will be extended by as many calendar days as the number of calendar days between January 19, 2024 and the date of issuance of the letter of intent. *Award is subject to final approval.
