SIR 697DCK-24-R-00008: Ground Maintenance and Janitorial Services for FAA facilities in Florida: The Melbourne System Support Center (MLB) in Melbourne, the Vero Beach ATCT, in Vero Beach and the Fort Pierce ATCT in Fort Pierce. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a ground maintenance and janitorial services contract at multiple FAA facilities in Florida: to be performed 5 days a week at The Melbourne System Support Center (MLB) in Melbourne; and 7 days a week the Vero Beach Air Tower, in Vero Beach and the Fort Pierce Air Tower, in Fort Pierce. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 - Facility Support Services.
