Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.
The project comprises the improvements of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, construction of a replacement hydropneumatic pump station, and construction of a new parking area. Most of the construction duration will be spent remodeling the Existing Crew Building and construction of an adjoining Crew Building Expansion, a new 11,500 square feet (sf), singlestory, pre-engineered, stand-alone structure that also includes site improvements and utilities upgrades. The planned construction activities are as follows: 1. Construct a new Networking Center (near the existing Control Building and west of the existing Preozone Contactors) 2. Upgrade the 4160V/480V electrical service between the Conejo Generator Building and new Crew Facility 3. Replace the hydropneumatic pump station 4. Construct a new parking area near the Standby Generator Building. 5. Construct a new Administration Building Storage Room addition (approximately 200 sf) 6. Improvements within Control Building 7. Replace the existing roofs at the Control, Chemical, Ozone, and Preozone Buildings The Professional Engineers Act (Bus. & Prof. Code section 6700, et seq.) requires that all engineering work must be performed by a California licensed engineer Engineers Estimate: $15,290,000 Question Deadline 04/11/2024 at 5:00 PM PT
