Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

The project comprises the improvements of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, construction of a replacement hydropneumatic pump station, and construction of a new parking area. Most of the construction duration will be spent remodeling the Existing Crew Building and construction of an adjoining Crew Building Expansion, a new 11,500 square feet (sf), singlestory, pre-engineered, stand-alone structure that also includes site improvements and utilities upgrades. The planned construction activities are as follows: 1. Construct a new Networking Center (near the existing Control Building and west of the existing Preozone Contactors) 2. Upgrade the 4160V/480V electrical service between the Conejo Generator Building and new Crew Facility 3. Replace the hydropneumatic pump station 4. Construct a new parking area near the Standby Generator Building. 5. Construct a new Administration Building Storage Room addition (approximately 200 sf) 6. Improvements within Control Building 7.
