Renovation of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Perform building air audit to determine proper sizing for compressed air to support both Health and Parks Canada's programs. Remove both 60 HP air compressors, housings, after cooler, tank, air filter system and all associated disconnects, controllers, valves, piping, ductwork, etc. Supply and install redundant air compressors sized for the client requirements plus additional compressed air for future programming requirements. Compressed air to be sized to provide constant 110 PSI. Determine cost feasability to purchase rental compressor for this project. Compressed air supply must be maintained during implentation of this project except for final tie-in to the compressed air distribution piping. Costs to be shared with Health Canada.
