bid is for the installation of 48 strands of singlemode fiber optic cable from the Administration Building located at 112 East Edgewater Street, Portage, WI to the Courthouse Building located at 400 DeWitt Street, Portage, WI. For interpretation or correction of any of the bid material, a request may be made to David Drews, MIS Director, at (608) 742-9626 or david.drews@columbiacountywi.gov. Any questions should be received no later than July 19, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. (CST). Questions received after that time will not be considered. A 5% Bid Bond shall be delivered with the Bid on the date due. The requirements to provide bonding or other payment assurances County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is not bound to accept any bid if that bid is contrary to the best interest of Columbia County. County will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder.
