Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
This work includes the following: Construction of two pre-manufactured pedestrian bridges, 20 and 30 long, sidewalk reconstruction and associated stream work. Question Deadline 11/29/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing.The ENGINEER is Snyder & Associates, Inc, 802 Francis Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. The point of contact for information and questions is Alexander Macias, P.E. SCOPE OF THE WORK. The work to be done and performed by CONTRACTOR is that contained in the basic bid proposal as modified by Addendum No. , all of which documents are adopted herein by reference as if fully set forth, if applicable. 2. PERFORMANCE. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all of the materials, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, superintendence, transportation, and other demolition accessories, services and facilities; provide and perform all necessary labor; and in a professional substantial manner and in accordance with the request for proposals which is fully a part of thereof as if repeated verbatim herein, perform all work to the entire satisfaction of the OWNER; and do everything as required by this Contract Agreement, the Contract Documents and Specifications, all of which are adopted herein by reference.
