Questions Deadline: 12/20/2023 05:00 PM (MT) RFQ's must only be submitted using the City's online bidding system The City of Farmington (City) is requesting Quotes from suppliers (Offerors) for categories of Action Machining (No Equal) manifold parts as well as Rain Bird (No Equal) sprinkler parts/equipment and PVC Pipe/Fittings that are compatible with the current irrigation systems used throughout the City of Farmington. Scope of Work A. It is the intent of the City of Farmington (City) to obtain Quotes from suppliers (Vendors) for categories of Action Machining (No Equal) manifold parts as well as Rain Bird (No Equal) sprinkler parts/equipment and PVC Pipe/Fittings that are compatible with the current irrigation systems used throughout the City of Farmington. B. Minimum Requirements 1. Vendor must upload current price list at time of RFQ on the Response Submission tab of this solicitation 2. PVC Pipe must be made in America 3. PVC Pipe must be marked with: a. Schedule Strength b. Manufacturer Name c. Size of Pipe d. Date Manufactured Delivery Requirements 1. All deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination in two (2) days or less for regular deliveries and two and a half (2.5) hours for emergency delivery. Any deviation from the delivery schedule shall be approved by the City's designated representative. 2. Deliveries are to be made on non-holiday weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (MST) excluding the lunch hour of 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. to: a.
