Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,441-square-foot residential development; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Farmington (COF) is seeking qualified general contractors to submit proposals for demolition and renovation of two restroom facilities to comply with ADA design standards, upgrade HVAC system and replace sewer line at 315 E. Apache St. in Farmington, NM. The primary goal of the project is to bring restroom facilities into ADA compliance. The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), all work shall follow CDBG requirements included in bid documents. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and other related items required to the complete project as per scope of work, specifications, and attached drawings. This project includes: a reroof of approximately 1,357 sf of the existing building a renovation of approximately 675 sf to improve restroom Spaces in existing building a new 409 sf restroom building for the surrounding All abilities park of Farmington The renovation is an alteration level 2 per the 2015 IEBC.
