As of October 30, 2025, the project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform various construction, alterations, repairs, and replacement of municipal sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances and other incidental work. If a particular item of work is not specifically separated as a bid item, the cost therefore shall be included in the bid item most nearly related. If awarded a contract, the undersigned Bidder agrees to substantially complete the work for final acceptance within the number of calendar days specified on the Community Works work order. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages in the amount of $1500 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted. The Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond (proposal guarantee) equal to 5% of the total amount bid. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC) is $600,000.00 Subcontractor's Listing Threshold: The Bidder shall list each Subcontractor on the Contractor's List of Subcontractor's, Form AF-5, that has provided a bid to them in the amount of $5000 or more. The bidder certifies that this bid is genuine and is not made in the interest of, or on the behalf of, any undisclosed person, firm, or corporation, and that this bid has been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication or agreement as to any matter related to this bid with any other Bidder or competitor.
