Site work and paving for a civil project in East Gull Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the sanitary sewer system improvements and appurtenant work. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 229 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 8,300 C Y Excavation & Backfill - Common 247 S Y Type SP 9.5 Wear Course Mix (3,C) 22,300 L F 6" - 8" HDPE Sanitary Sewer - Directional Drilled 1 L S Lift Station No. 1 Rehabilitation 1 L S Intermediate Lift Station 1 L S Pine Beach WWTF Flow Meter 1 L S Gull Point WWTF Decommissioning The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of East Gull Lake shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
