Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Gull Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 10,327 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0") 1,659 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 125 SY 6" Concrete Driveway Pavement 15 SY 6" Concrete Driveway Pavement Special 1 EACH Air Relief Manhole 8,688 LF 4" Solid Line Multi Comp 3,010 LF 4" Dble Solid Line Multi Comp The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of East Gull Lake shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
