Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees of Middleton School District No. 134, Canyon County, Idaho, for Construction Manager/ General Contractor Services. Proposals received after the stated time and date will not be considered. The winning proposal will be selected no later than September 11, 2023. Contract negotiations with the winning bidder will begin immediately following notification of selection. The winning contract will be presented to the Board of Trustees at their regular School Board meeting on September 11, 2023 for final approval. Middleton School District Office will be closed from December 22, 2023 through January 5, 2024. Applicants seeking information during this time should email Marc Gee at mgee@msd134.org. If applicants wish to deliver completed SOQs in person during this closure, please make arrangements with Marc Gee via the email listed above. Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for acceptance of completed SOQs during the stated closure. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof any or all proposals and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the opening of such proposal unless the awarding of the proposal is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
