Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dorval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Construction of a new building for the City Public Works to bring together all its service departments presently located in different buildings. The new building will house mechanical workshops for heavy vehicles, material and tool storage areas, administrative offices and sanitary facilities. The multi-story building will feature sustainable development measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and will be built on a flat plot of approximately 196,000 square feet located in an industrial zone. The scope of the project also includes demolition of the buildings existing on the site. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the request for proposals TP2023-45 /1789375 from professional consulting firms for the establishment of the project functional and technical program. If a new RFP for this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
