Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dorval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Construction of a new building for the City Public Works to bring together all its service departments presently located in different buildings. The new building will house mechanical workshops for heavy vehicles, material and tool storage areas, administrative offices and sanitary facilities. The multi-story building will feature sustainable development measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and will be built on a flat plot of approximately 196,000 square feet located in an industrial zone. The scope of the project also includes demolition of the buildings existing on the site. TIMELINE: The owner is currently Requesting proposals from architectural and engineering professional consulting firms the the project Functional and Technical program preparation. Please note that Addenda # 1 and # 2 to this RFP have been issued: the time limit for the reception of proposals previously set for January 26, 2024 is now set for February 19, 2024. Reference number: 1789375. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-01-05. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted in two documents: a quality document and a separate price document. Note. The owner expects that the new facility will be built in a design/build method based on the prepared FTP.
