Remodeling of a municipal facility in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and 4,298-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
Finance Department Remodel Bids. The Work of this Project consists, in general, of the renovation of approximately 4,300 square feet in the Courthouse Lower Level, currently partially improved space, including plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical work in a single-prime construction contract. The scope also includes saw cutting existing basement walls for new exterior windows, a new exterior lightwell with retaining walls, and related changes to landscaping. The existing suite will be vacated during construction but the adjacent hallways will remain open to the public. The scope of the Project includes all rough and finish work as shown on plans and described within the specifications. Lump-sum, single-prime bids will be received. Please place in the subject line "Waupaca County Finance Department Bid Request." BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids. Unless all bids are rejected, the Owner will award the project to the lowest responsible bidder as provided by State statutes.
