Site work for a golf course in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The City of Davenport is accepting quotes for work to be completed on the Duck Creek Range Tee Line. Review the specifications sheet uploaded in the attachment tab for additional information. Quotes should be free of sales tax. The practice range tee line (artificial turf surface) has settled over time and is no longer level. There is also an undesirable steep slope on the left-side to resolve. This project quote has these immediate areas for improvement. Please include the following as individual line items within your quote. Base Bid 1. Re-level the aggregate surface of the golf practice range tee-line. Appx 140x10Ft 2. Excavate to lessen the slope on the immediate left front of tee line. Appx Area 120x50Ft Alternate Bid 1. Removal of marked trees that are leaning badly, and the related stumps on the left hillside, hampering range operation. These appx 10-15 trees will be clearly marked by project contact.
