Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of February 12, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Modifications and additions to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 WWTP IMPROVEMENTS Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bid Security: A certified check payable to the Village of Lyndon Station or bid bond executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company in an amount equal to at least 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. The Village of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Village. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Submit to Davy Engineering Co., Inc., Attn: Tim Stockman, Project Engineer tstockman@davyinc.com Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Question Deadline 01/10/2024 **Document Notes: The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
