A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Modifications and additions to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2024 WWTP IMPROVEMENTS Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bid Security: A certified check payable to the Village of Lyndon Station or bid bond executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company in an amount equal to at least 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. The Village of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Village.
