The Project has an expected duration of 240 days. A certified check payable to the Village of Lyndon Station or bid bond executed by the bidder and a licensed surety company in an amount equal to at least 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
