Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Castle Rock, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
2024 Sidewalk Repair and Curb Ramp Retrofit Project. This project consists of placement of sidewalks, curb, and gutter at various locations throughout Douglas County. Bid items include the removal of sidewalk, replacement of sidewalk, curb ramp retrofit, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, emergency repairs and erosion control. The Project includes the following major items and approximate quantities. Removal of 3,080 SY of Concrete Pavement 34,484 LF of Removal of Curb and Gutter, Type 2 (Section MS) (6 Foot-6 Inch) 1,938 CY of Aggregate Base Course (Class 6) (Haul and Replace) Prior to submitting a Bid Proposal, Bidders shall have received prequalification status (active status) with the Colorado Department of Transportation to bid on individual projects of the size and kind of work as set forth herein.
