Services may include, but not be limited to, general input regarding the rehabilitation and stabilization needs of historic sites and oversite to ensure that projects are completed according to the approved construction and demolition documents, the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and Historic Structure Assessments. Douglas County is interested in securing the services of an individual and/or firm that can assist with professional consulting services related to the rehabilitation and stabilization of historic sites within the County. 1) Attend meetings with County staff, as requested. 2) Provide written reports and verbal updates for projects. 3) Subcontract with and provide direction and advisement to a Structural Engineer, as needed. 4) Coordinate and attend on-site construction meetings with Contractors, Structural Engineers, County Staff, and State Historical Fund Staff.
