As of 1/17/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work consists of the replacement of sanitary sewer main, sewer laterals, cleanouts, water main, services, curb stops, fire hydrant, appurtenances, trench restoration and site restoration. The work shall be completed within 220 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed; this completion period includes an approximate four-month settlement period between mid-May and Labor Day during which no work shall occur. All utility work, including site restoration, shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
