Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of February 6, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This procurement is to hire a contractor to design, manufacture and install a multi sports air supported structure at the Cassie Campbell Community Centre situated within Cassie Campbell Community Park. Being a component of the overall development of Cassie Campbell Community Park, the design of the air supported structure must be incorporated into the overall detailed design of the park component at the Cassie Campbell Community Centre site. Due to proprietary information pertaining to designs, the same company providing the air supported structure design will also manufacture and install the air supported structure during the construction of the park. The contractor will be hired by the Consultant as their sub-consultant for the design of the dome and then hired by the General Contractor as their sub-contractor for the manufacturing and installation of the multi sports air supported structure.
