GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT EXAMINATION AND PROCUREMENTS 13 The major work will consist of miscellaneous task orders of pavement repairs, including concrete roadway improvements, repair and installation of curb and gutter, medians, concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, concrete pavement saw cutting, 2" concrete pavement surface milling, 2" asphalt pavement surface milling, asphalt base repair, and 2" Type D asphalt pavement surface course. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. AWARD City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
