Reference number : 1789712 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-01-08 The PUBLIC BODY wishes to modernise the video surveillance system in place in these main buildings: Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) is the solution chosen by the PUBLIC BODY to ensure its profitability and to modernize security and surveillance, without compromising simplicity or budget. This modern security solution allows the PUBLIC BODY to quickly and remotely access surveillance footage and video analytics via a secure cloud connection instead of relying on local data storage and on-premise hardware. For the PUBLIC BODY, centralized data management and cloud backup provide benefits and flexibility to improve its cyber resilience and reduce its exposure to external threats. The modernization involves the complete replacement of the current system (manufacturer PELCO, ENDURA model) with a new cloud-based video management solution. It is imperative that the system is designed to have a minimum capacity of 1000 cameras. This capability must be taken into account in the design, configuration and implementation of the system, in order to allow for possible future expansion. The PUBLIC BODY wishes to entrust the entire implementation, operation, management and support of its outsourced video surveillance system to a SERVICE PROVIDER. This decision implies that all equipment necessary for the operation of the system, including cameras, application licenses and data hosting, will be the exclusive property of the SERVICE PROVIDER and will be under its full responsibility for the duration of the Agreement.
