Reference number : 1790363 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-01-10 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for slab repair and improvement work on vacant units (Phase 5) at the Résidence Le Mile-End, located at 225 Maguire Street, Suite 4, Montreal, H2T 0A2 in the borough of Le Plateau Mont-Royal. The work consists of repairing concrete floors, replacing floor finishes, painting walls and ceilings, replacing kitchen and bathroom countertops and kitchen wall ceramic work in the vacant units of the Résidence Le Mile-end, up to a maximum of 39 units. The work will be carried out in a building with 181 units for seniors, spread over nine (9) floors. Only the dwellings that will undergo the work will be vacant, the other dwellings will remain inhabited.
