Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ellsworth, Maine. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Ellsworth, ME (Owner) will receive separate sealed Bids for upgrades to the existing High Street Pump Station. The Project is financed in part by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The Work includes but is not limited to demolition of the existing pump station, construction of a new pump station, and site improvements. Compliance with Agency requirements and Federal requirements is required, including but not limited to Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act as mandated by Title IX of Infrastructure and Investment and Jobs Act of 2021 and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preferences. Any person interested in Bidding on this Contract should thoroughly familiarize themselves with the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Requirements and Federal Requirements. Failure to comply with any of the CWSRF or Federal conditions may result in the Bidder being determined non-responsive and therefore, not entitled to the award of this Contract.
