Renovation of a municipal facility in Ellsworth, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of eight ground level windows at City Hall The City of Ellsworth is accepting bids for the replacement of 8 ground level windows There are eight radius top windows to be removed and disposed of. Strip all old wood framing, casings, bottom sill, exterior trim and dispose of. Frame in the opening in brick wall to accommodate the new windows. Install new windows according to manufactures specs ensuring a water tight fit. Install new exterior trim using PVC/Composite wood to match existingwooden profile. Repair any interior drywall damage done during the replacement process. Repainting repaired drywall not included. Windows provided by the City. Workers comp, liability insurance certificates and a W-9 will be provided to the City within 10 business days to the City.
